We are looking forward to seeing you at the convening.

Considering the current health situation in Uganda and Congo, our partners from these countries will join the convening virtually/remotely and will no longer travel to Tanzania.

The Tanzanian government has increased screening for travelers from these two countries; however, we deemed it important to have our partners participate online to ensure the safety of all.

The health and well-being of all involved remain our priority, and we continue to keep our affected brothers and sisters in our thoughts and prayers.

The Catholic Sisters Initiative 2026 Africa Convening of partners and grantees will take place at the Hyatt Regency Dar es Salaam, The Kilimanjaro in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania from June 10 – 12, 2026 in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.  

The convening will begin at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, 10 June with a Welcome Reception and Dinner and will conclude at 4:30 PM on Friday, 12 June.
